In a large ceremony had been held in Lagos, Nigeria, a management contract for the Festival Hotel Conference Center & Spa was signed between UPDC, the owner of the hotel, which is considered one of the largest real estate development companies in Nigeria, and Premium Swiss Hospitality, a Zurich-based hotel and resort management company, and one of the well known management companies in Switzerland
Hotel expert Mohsen Shousha, Founder & President of Premium Swiss Hospitality GmbH, (PSH), Zurich – Switzerland, signed the contract with Odunayo Ojo the CEO of UPDC Hotels Limited, owner of the hotel, in the presence of a large number of officials in the tourism and hotel sector in Nigeria, media representatives and businessmen.
Shusha said that signing this contract confirms Premium Swiss Hospitality’s good reputation in hotel management, and confirms the excellence of the services it provides and the extent of the Nigerian hotel sector’s confidence in its efficiency, especially as it operates other hotels in Nigeria
Odunayo Ojo says that our choice of Swiss Premium to manage our hotel came due to our great confidence in the efficiency of the Swiss company and its distinguished reputation and success in managing many hotels in Nigeria and around the world.
The Festival Hotel includes 471 rooms and suites, many restaurants, a conference and banquet hall, in addition to a luxurious spa. It is the second largest hotel in Lagos and the fourth largest hotel in Nigeria
